Dr. Farah provides comprehensive care in male and female urology, men's health and urologic oncology, with a special focus on robotic surgery for prostate cancer, endoscopic and robotic surgery for an enlarged prostate (BPH), including single-port robotic prostatectomy, and on implants: penile implants, urethral slings and artificial urinary sphincters.
He completed his urology training at the University at Buffalo, a high-volume program in robotic, prosthetic, female, and general urology, after earning his medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. His training emphasized the newest function-sparing approaches to robotic prostatectomy and the full range of penile implant, sling and sphincter surgery.
Dr. Farah understands urologic care from the patient's side, and he offers continuous care from diagnosis through recovery, so patients get the care they need without moving from specialist to specialist.
